Vue Entertainment streamlines its EPoS with Box

<p> Box Technologies has provided streamlined logistics, warehousing, deployment and support responsibility for EPoS terminals at the 68 Vue Cinemas, including flagship Vue Westfield<em> </em> in London - the largest fully digital European Cinema<em> .</em> This enables Vue to securely store, supply and support in excess of 1,100 chip-and-pin terminals as payment transactions continue to accelerate. Vue needed a highly accessible PCI DSS-accredited payment platform that was quick, easy, secure and reliable. Replacing a 4 week turnaround process to replace a unit, Box Technologies provided a 24-hour swap-out service. This resulted in a reduction in Vue’s open support calls from 6% to 0.7% increasing till uptime and delivering a total cost saving of 10% on EPoS equipment and Self Service Kiosks.</p>
